Nobel Prize for Ben Feringa
Prof. dr. Ben Feringa has been awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2016, together with Jean-Pierre Sauvage and Sir J. Fraser Stoddart for their work on molecular machines.

The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2016 is awarded to Bernard L. Feringa, Jean-Pierre Sauvage and Sir J. Fraser Stoddart for their design and production of molecular machines. They have developed molecules with controllable movements, which can perform a task when energy is added.
